I came to an interesting conclusion today. I think I’ve been getting lowballed on my calorie expenditure during strength training this whole time! I usually just enter it in MFP and it tells me I burned around 250 kcal. But today, I trained with my new heart monitor and it says about 600 kcal! This sort of proves my point about exercise calories burned not being a great source for weight loss, but I still feel slighted. LoL
