Well, today I kind of shit the bed on my nutrition. The fried okra got me at lunch (Damn yous to HELL, Fried Okra!!!) and then I had about two too many vodka sodas at dinner, so I woke up hungover and dehydrated (ketosis will make you a bit of a lightweight). Result: tomorrows weigh in will not be pretty.
